MOSCOW, JUNE 1 (RIA Novosti) - On Tuesday the Moscow Court of Arbitration has left in force the earlier judgement to suspend the Russian Tax Ministry's decision to charge additionally 99.4 billion roubles (about 3.4 billion dollars) on the oil company Yukos.
In this way, the court has dismissed the ministerial application.
On April 14, 2004 the Tax Ministry decided additionally to charge the said amount of taxes, penalties and fines on Yukos. The company filed the application to the Court of Arbitration, asking to reverse the decision.
The ministerial decision has been suspended.
