"Championships in which pets contest for beauty are the most frequent arrangement. This festival is different-to instill in man kindness to every living thing is its main goal," says Andrei Viktorov, vice-president of the Kind World public movement, and one of the festival organizers.
More than a thousand dogs, a great many other pets of up to two hundred breeds, and a number of unique plants were on show. Dogs were alone to come up for a contest. The festival also offered performing dogs, and expositions of photographs, paintings and children's art. Stray dogs paraded in a sensational final event. Making a no smaller sensation was a Midget procession of toy dogs fancy-dressed as insects.
The glorious day gathered more than three hundred thousand visitors-kids and adults.
