BRUSSELS, July 1 (RIA Novosti) - The Russia-EU summit is to be held in The Hague on November 11, 2004, said the press service of the EU Council (the Netherlands will preside over the European Union in the second half of 2004).
At the last Russia-EU summit in Moscow on May 21 the sides agreed to work out the so-called 'road maps', plans to form four common economic spaces for cooperation in the spheres of economy, domestic policy and justice, security and science, education and culture.
The decision to form these spaces was taken at the Russia-EU summit in St. Petersburg in May 2003.
