Under it, Hewlett-Packard will supply to the Vneshtorgbank information on its latest hardware and software attainments, industrial approaches and information technologies, as well as computer equipment.
At the ceremony, Vneshtorgbank chairman of the board Andrei Kostin expressed hope for their successful and sustainable cooperation in the interests of both the sides.
"The future of the banking system depends on technologies. Banks with foremost technologies will be in the lead on the financial market", Mr. Kostin said. He pointed out "high importance" of cooperation between his bank and Hewlett-Packard.
The Vneshtorgbank central office hosts an exhibition of Soviet photographers of the 1930s from the RIA Novosti archives. Pictures for the exhibition have been digitized and printed using the Hewlett-Packard technology.
