* Romanian Prime Minister Adrian Nastase is arriving.
* Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Co-operation Miguel Angel Moratinos will pay a short working visit to Russia. The Spanish minister will meet Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Security Council Secretary Igor Ivanov.
*Foreign Minister of Nicaragua Norman Caldera will arrive in Russia. He is expected to meet with his Rissian counterpart Sergei Lavrov.
* The Federal Tariff Service will hold a conference with chief executives in state tariff regulation of the Russian provinces. The conference will focus on the state regulation of tariffs and prices in 2005-2006.
* RIA Novosti will host a press conference of Vladimir Ponomarev, the deputy chairman of the Russian State Construction Committee and Chairman of the Council of the National Association of the Mortgage Market Participants. Under discussion will be prospects of developing the offer on the housing market through mortgage loans and the reactions of the mortgage market to the adoption of the housing package of laws.
* The Open Forum club will gather for a session to discuss "State and Business: Prospects of Relations." The session will be attended by politicians, scientists, political scientists, experts, analysts, and representatives of public organisations.
TOMSK
* Speaker of the Federation Council Sergei Mironov will make a working visit to the Tomsk region. There he will visit Tomsk State University, the Research Institute of Cardiology of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, the Siberian chemical combine, and also one of the military units stationed in the region (July 26-27).

* The Federation Council's committee for natural resources and environmental protection, and its commission for natural monopolies will gather for a visiting session. On Monday, they will hold the first part of the session on the topic: "On the Legal Provision for Handling Water Resources, Safety of Hydro-technical Facilities and Protection against Floods."
CHAKVI (Adzharia)
* The first international conference, Development of the Retail Banking Business in the Region, will take place. Participating in the conference will be heads of the leading banks and other financial institutions of Russia, Georgia, and other CIS countries, and also Greece and Turkey (July 26-29).
ISLAMABAD
* Afghan President Khamid Karzai will arrive in Pakistan to sign an agreement on the participation of Afghan refugees in the upcoming general elections of the Afghan president due on October 9.
