MOSCOW, July 28 (RIA Novosti) - President Eduard Kokoity of the self-proclaimed South Ossetia republic, who says he may meet with President Mikhail Saakashvili of Georgia face to face, doubts whether such talks will prove successful.
I personally have great doubts whether my meeting with Saakashvili will produce any results whatsoever, Kokoity noted. At the same time, Kokoity said that he might meet with Saakashvili, in case Georgia abided by its commitments.
Georgia doesn't fulfill its commitments at this stage, Kokoity added. We, sort of, perceive two Georgias; one such Georgia negotiates and inks specific agreements; meanwhile the other one doesn't recognize such agreements, Kokoity said in conclusion.
