YUKOS welcomes the Justice Ministry's ruling on the withdrawal of the earlier requests, chairman of the YUKOS management Stephen Tede has said. His words are cited in the company's press release. YUKOS producing subsidiaries - Yuganskneftegaz, Tomskneft, Samaraneftegaz - have got the notifications from the ministry's Bailiff Service withdrawing the earlier requests sent them banning actions towards alienation or another changing the status of their assets.
Simultaneously, the notifications say that the Justice Ministry has banned the territorial bodies granting state registration of real-estate rights to register deals seeking alienation or other changing the real-estate status owned by Yuganskneftegaz, Tomskneft and Samaraneftegaz.
