MOSCOW, July 30 (RIA Novosti) - The board of directors of Unified Energy Systems (UES) of Russia reelected Alexander Voloshin as chairman and Industry and Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko as deputy chairman, said a press release from UES.
Vitaly Chukhlebov was appointed executive secretary of the board of directors.
Moreover, the board approved the agenda for July 2004-June 2005.
The board of directors also decided to regularly invite head of the Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service Yuri Artemyev to its sessions.
This is the first board meeting after the annual UES shareholders conference on June 30.
Mr. Voloshin, former presidential chief of staff, headed the UES board as the state representative. This spring, Mr. Voloshin was dismissed from his state post and became the chairman of the board.
