MOSCOW, August 9 (RIA Novosti) - President Vladimir Putin signed a constituent decree on the Federal Bodyguard Service, FSO, reports the Kremlin press service.
The decree approves the FSO Statute and structure.
The Federal Bodyguard Service will comprise the Special Communication and Information Service, reorganised into a FSO affiliate.
The FSO Director is authorized to have three deputies.
