MOSCOW, August 10 (RIA Novosti) - The Central Bank of Russia has unlicensed the Dialogue-Optim commercial bank, the Central Bank says in a press release circulated today.
The Dialogue-Optim failed to comply with the federal banking legislation and Central Bank bylaws. It was caught red-handed in record forgeries involving sizeable sums. The culprit bank could not pay its debts and make other compulsory payments, explains the Central Bank.
