SOCHI, August 31. (RIA Novosti) - Vladimir Putin, Jacques Chirac and Gerhard Schroeder have met in the Russian President's Sochi residence of Bocharov Ruchei.
At present the three leaders are having working breakfast.
Putin met the guests at the entrance to the residence. The German Chancellor was the first to arrive, followed by the French President five minutes later. Chirac greeted Putin and hugged Schroeder.
The three leaders sat for a few minutes on the porch and then went to have breakfast.
At the Sochi meeting Putin, Schroeder and Chirac "will continue the practice of 'clock synchronizing' on the most topical issues of European and international development," a source in the Kremlin told journalists earlier.
