MOSCOW, September 8 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) will pay 300 million rubles for authentic information about the location of Basayev and Maskhadov.
"Leaders of the bandit formations Shamil Basayev and Aslan Maskhadov, who are on a wanted list, have perpetrated inhuman terrorist acts on the territory of the Russian Federation, which entailed irreplaceable victims," RIA Novosti was told at the FSB.
"The Federal Security Service will pay a reward to the sum of 300 million rubles for the authentic information about their whereabouts, which will help neutralize the said criminals. The anonymity and security are guaranteed, the FSB stressed.
