TBILISI, September 13 (RIA Novosti) - The USA will help Georgia to install along its frontiers a computer network to identify and monitor all who enter the country. Irakli Okruashvili, Georgia's Interior Minister, and Richard Miles, US Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Georgia, signed a respective memorandum today.

The memorandum envisages a cutting-edge computer net on the Georgian frontier to identify all criminals and terrorists as soon as they attempt to penetrate the country. The programme will also take notice of all stolen cars appearing in Georgia. The arrangement will spectacularly enhance Georgian frontier security, Mr. Miles said at the signing ceremony.

The project is essential to Georgia. It will help law enforcement officers to take stock of prospective dangers and ward them off in the face of global terror threats the 21st century has brought, Mr. Okruashvili said, in his turn.
