According to the source, "non-members have serious objections against the U.S. draft resolution of the IAEA Board of Governors backed by Germany, the United Kingdom and France". This resolution presents Iran with an ultimatum - to answer all questions concerning its 'nuclear dossier' before the next Board's session on November 25.
According to Algeria's representative Taous Feroukhi, the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty does not prohibit the uranium enrichment activity, which the United States and European countries insist upon. According to her, it is necessary to make differences between Tehran's legal obligations and voluntary measures to create trust.
It is still unknown if the IAEA Board of Governors will resume work and adopt the resolution on Iranian nuclear programs, RIA Novosti's interlocutor said. Moreover, the 48th session of the IAEA General Conference opens on Monday, he added. It will also consider Iranian nuclear programs.
