MOSCOW
* Commissar of the Council of Europe for human rights, Alvaro Gil-Robles will arrive in Moscow to see the observation of human rights in Russia. The trip is organized by Russian ombudsman Vladimir Lukin. During his ten-day trip Mr. Gil Robles is to visit the Khanty Mansi autonomous area (West Siberia) and the Chechen Republic.

* Parliamentary elections will be held in Kazakhstan.
* South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun will arrive in Kazakhstan on an official visit (September 19 to 20).
