"Journalists will receive a list of auction participants immediately before the start of bids," said RFFI official representative Vladimir Zelentsov. The state-held package's initial price is $1.928 billion.
The ConocoPhillips company was the main contender for buying the state package. Promsvyazbank, whose shareholders approved this decision, voiced the intention to take part in the auction. IFD Kapital, mentioned by Lukoil head Vagit Alekperov, will also participate.
