RUSSIAN PRIME MINISTER ARRIVES IN NETHERLANDS WITH WORKING VISIT

THE HAGUE, September 28. (RIA Novosti's Andrei Poskakukhin) - On Tuesday Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov arrives in the Netherlands with a three-day working visit, the Dutch State Information Service has reported.

On Tuesday evening the Premier will meet senior managers of the country's largest companies, Dutch Economy Minister Laurens Jan Brinkhorst and State Secretary for Foreign Trade Karien van Gennip.

On Wednesday Queen of the Netherlands Beatrix will receive Fradkov and his spouse at the Noordeinde Palace.

Also, Fradkov will attend a working breakfast with the president and senior executives of Royal Dutch/Shell. Then the Russian delegation headed by the Prime Minister will visit the European Space Technologies Center (ESTEC), technical division of the European Space Agency (ESA), situated in Noordwijk.

On Thursday morning Fradkov will meet Dutch Deputy Prime Minister Gerrit Zalm and Foreign Minister Bernard Bot in the Hague to discuss international problems, Russian-Dutch relations and relations between Russia and the EU.

On the same day the Russian Premier will return to Moscow.

Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende has been in hospital since September 14th awaiting an operation and is substituted by Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister Gerrit Zalm.
