According to him, the talks will also touch upon interaction in the fuel and energy sector, machine-building, transportation and upon developing cooperation between Russia's constituent members with Azerbaijan.

The two Presidents will exchange opinions on developments in the Caucasus, the source said.

The meeting between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan on September 15 lasted for over four hours. Following a trilateral meeting with the participation of Vladimir Putin Ilkham Aliyev and Robert Kocharyan continued their tete-a-tete talks.

The Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia thanked the Russian leader for his willingness to take part in the dialog.

Aliyev's visit coincides with the second convention of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress held in Moscow. It is the most numerous and powerful Russian organization that unites Azerbaijanis living in Russia.

According to the source in the Kremlin, the Congress plays an important part in Russia's social, economic and cultural life, as well as in promoting Russian-Azerbaijani multifarious cooperation.
