MOSCOW, November 2 (RIA Novosti) - Silvio Berlusconi, Italy's Prime Minister, has arrived in Russia for a two-day visit on President Vladimir Putin's invitation. They are meeting at the negotiation table tonight.

The agenda is expected to concern vital matters-the anti-terror cause, Iraqi developments, and NCB nonproliferation. The summiteers intend to make a joint statement. It will point out shared Russian and Italian stances on all those issues and the United Nations' role in the contemporary world, and set each of the two countries practical goals in those fields.

This information came from Sergei Lavrov, Russia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, as he was addressing, yesterday, one of President Putin's regular Monday conferences with the Cabinet.

Messrs. Putin and Berlusconi will appear at an enlarged-attendance conference of the two governments. A bilateral package will be signed during the visit on economic contacts, and partnership for information technologies and law enforcement, added the Foreign Minister.
