MOSCOW, November 5 (RIA Novosti) - In the first nine months of 2004, Russia increased crude oil export by 16.4% on the same period in 2003, up to 177,927,000 metric tons, Russia's Federal and Transport Service reported.
Oil supplies were $38,929 million worth as compared to $20,616 million.
The export of oil products increased to 60,626,000 metric tons against 57,657,000 metric tons a year earlier. In monetary terms, oil product supplies reached $13,293 million, up 27.9%.
In the first nine months, Russia increased gas export by 8.8% to 136.7 billion cubic metres, or $15,132 million against $14,056 million in 2003.
In the first nine months of 2004, electric power export accounted for 13,167 million kW/h against 12,745 million kW/h in the same period in 2003. In monetary terms, Russia exported electric power worth $328.9 million as against $296.4 million in 2003.
