RUSSIA'S GOLD AND CURRENCY RESERVES REACH A NEW PEAK

MOSCOW, November 11 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's gold and currency reserves amounted to $112.8 billion as of November 5, 2004 as compared to $107.3 billion as of October 29, 2004.

According to the press release of the foreign and public relations department of the Russian Central Bank, gold and currency reserves increased $5.5 billion over the past week.
