According to the speaker, the Federation entities should be involved in the formation of the Public Chamber. Mr. Gryzlov said he received 12 favorable reports and proposals on the Public Chamber bill from the constituent entities.
The United Russia parliamentary faction took an active part in drafting the Chamber documents, he noted.
Boris Gryzlov believes that some amendments should be introduced into the law on the new order of gubernatorial elections. The State Duma adopted this document in the first reading.
After that, the lower chamber received many amendments regarding, in particular, the dismissal of regional parliaments if they decline gubernatorial candidacies forwarded by the President two times, the speaker said.
The United Russia believes that this situation should be changed, he stressed.
