KIEV, November 25 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine's Supreme Court will examine a claim by supporters of Yushchenko on November 29.

Statements of claim are seen into within 7 days, the press service of the Supreme Court informed RIA Novosti.

On Thursday the Supreme Court inhibited Ukraine's Central Election Commission from making public the election results before all claims and complaints were examined. It means that the winner will not be inaugurated until all complaints are considered, thus leaving Leonid Kuchma in office.

The claim against the election commission's decision to acknowledge Yanukovich winner was submitted by MP Yury Klyuchkovsky.

Earlier Ukraine's Central Election Commission proclaimed the victory of Viktor Yanukovich, with 49.46% of the electorate voting in his favour, 46.61% for Viktor Yushchenko and 2.31% against all.

The decision polled a large majority within the commission, with two members voting non placet.
