Sambiyev is either a Syrian or Turkish citizen. He is known to special services as White Arab.
"Akhmed Sambiyev, successor of Arab Abu-Kuteib eliminated on July 1, commanded a group of militants, made explosive devices and taught members of illegal military units to use them. He contacted foreign terrorist centers," RIA Novosti's interlocutor said.
