The nation spent 6,062.4 billion roubles within the time on commodity purchases and paid services-23.3 per cent more than in January-October 2003. Savings were made to 1,579.5 billion, with a 17.9 per cent increase against last year's.
Real disposable money incomes-that is, less compulsory deductions corrected against the consumer price index-rose by 5.3 per cent, October last, against October 2003. The January-October increase made 9 per cent.
Last October's public monetary incomes made 648.4 billion roubles-18.7 per cent more than for October 2003. Public monetary expenditures amounted to 927.8 billion, with a 20.2 per cent increase, to exceed incomes by 300 billion.
Average induced per capita wages for October 2004 made 7,126 roubles, on preliminary estimations-20.4 per cent above October 2003.
The amount of paid consumer services grew, January-October, by 7.1 per cent against the same months last year to a lump 1,436.5 billion roubles.
Last October's paid services throughout Russia made 156.6 billion roubles-6.3 per cent more than in January-October 2003. Transport fares, communication and utilities fees, and housing rents together accounted for 72.1 per cent of all consumer service payments, October 2004.
