* The Russian Arts Academy will host the presentation ceremony of the 2004 art and literature award of the Central Federal District (11.00).
BEIJING
* Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov will arrive in China on a four-day visit. He is to participate in the session of the Russian-Chinese intergovernmental commission for military-technical cooperation (Mr. Ivanov is a cochairman of this commission). He is to discuss development of bilateral military-technical cooperation and other issues with his Chinese counterparts.
