MOSCOW, December 19 (RIA Novosti) - Baikalfinancegroup won the Yuganskneftegaz auction.
The auction committee announces Baikalfinancegroup the winner of the auction, stated Chairman of the committee Yuri Savvin.
Baikalfinancegroup purchased Yuganskneftegaz block of shares for 260 billion 753 million 447 thousand and 303 rubles and 18 kopecks (the starting price was 246 billion 753 million 447 thousand and 303 rubles, or approximately $8.6 billion).
The second bidder, Gazpromneft, a 100% Gazprom subsidiary, did not offer any price.
The auction lasted for five minutes.
ZAO Baikalfinancegroup is registered in Tver (the administrative center of the region bordering with the Moscow region in the south).
