STRUCTURED HOLDINGS LIMITED, Inter-Rail Transport Limited.
The FAS is considering the Miroglior Holdings Limited and ZAO RusCenterConsult requests.
The starting price of the Magnitogorsk state-held block of shares is 790,190,000 dollars. It will be an open auction, step 2 million dollars. The filing of applications will end on December 20, 2004.
