MOSCOW, February 7 (RIA Novosti) - The key conclusions of a report submitted by the Russian delegation at the meeting of G-8 Finance Ministers were backed and were included in the final communiquй, Russian Minister of Finance Alexei Kudrin said at a meeting with Vladimir Putin and government members in the Kremlin.

According to Mr. Kudrin, the report dealt with the prospects of the energy sector's development.

"This is linked, in particular, to the development of energy efficiency, the distribution of deposits and investments in the world, and greater transparency of reports and accounts - transparency not only of the consumer countries but first of all the producer countries (of energy resources)," Mr. Kudrin said.

Otherwise it becomes difficult to estimate the forecasting of the market, the Minister noted.

"Everybody noted that this factor influences the economic development rates. The instability of prices lately has caused a lower predictability of economic development and impedes the accomplishment of tasks, including social ones," Mr. Kudrin said.

Mr. Kudrin also noted that in the past few years Russia has been traditionally broadening the format of its participation in the G-8.
