MOSCOW, February 11 (RIA Novosti's Yelena Ushakova) - The Russian budget will gain $105-135 billion from continental shelf development through the state strategy for examination and development of the continental shelf's oil and gas potential, Russian Minister of Natural Resources Yuri Trutnev said at the State Duma on Friday.

"As a result of the strategy implementation, oil production in the water area will total some 30 million tons in 2010 and 95 million tons in 2020 and gas production will amount to some 90 billion cubic meters in 2010 and 320 billion cubic meters in 2020," Mr. Trutnev reported.

The ministry will auction off the right to survey and produce mineral resources in East Siberia as part of the program for the development of East Siberia, he said.

"In the near future we will publish a list of auctions in East Siberia. We are ready to synchronize the commissioning of deposits with the construction of the Taishet-Nakhodka eastern oil pipeline (from Siberia to the Pacific coast)," Mr. Trutnev said.
