BISHKEK, February 25 (RIA Novosti's Yulia Orlova) - CIS Executive Secretary Vladimir Rushailo, head of the CIS observers staff, is to come to Bishkek on Friday.
According to the Kyrgyzstan Foreign Ministry's press service, Mr. Rushailo will meet with President Askar Akayev, Prime Minister Nikolai Tanayev, Foreign Minister Askar Aitmatov, and Chairman of the Election and Referendum Commission Sulaiman Imanbayev. He also plans to visit a number of polling stations opened for parliamentary elections.
The CIS observers will also monitor the February 27 elections to the Kyrgyz Parliament.
