The agility competition will be the highlight of the dog show. Dogs are required to negotiate a course consisting of a number of different obstacles. The program of the show also includes performances of army dogs from the Red Star kennel, the Top Show Dog, Top Breeder, Champion Of Champions, Junior Handler and other contests.
The international jury will sum up the results of all contests and competitions on February 27. The best Eurasia-2005 dog will be named. Three digs will receive Best In Show awards. Only dogs of Russian breeds will be able to participate in the final Pride Of Russia contest.
Over 40,000 people are expected to attend the two-day dog show. "Only here people can see dogs of such different breeds, from tiny Chihuahuas to the world's tallest dogs Irish Wolfhounds," the organizers said.
