Work is under way to set up electronic on-line services for users with automatic feedback, he said.
It is supposed to set up services like Children Found, which will help in returning missing underaged children to their families, Mr. Tserenov said. Also in preparation is a service for checking vehicles for theft, which both citizens and insurance companies will use. "An answer whether the automobile has been stolen or not will be given promptly", Mr. Tserenov explained.
It is also planned to set up a service for lost passports for the Federal Tax Service in a bid to prevent the establishment of fly-by-night companies.
To Mr. Tserenov, realization of regional projects will be a priority this year.
In 2005 thirty six out of eighty nine federation subjects and eleven municipalities will work within the program.
The Economic Development and Trade Ministry is going to start up some pilot projects, Mr. Tserenov said. It will be the setting up of systems for personal population accounting, electronic state purchases in some regions, setting up systems for the accounting of individuals, real estate and electronic documents turnover at state institutions.
