"We will very soon declare our position officially at the top level," State Secretary of Ukraine Alexander Zinchenko who is staying in Kazakhstan on a working visit said at the briefing in Astana.
According to Ukraine's State Secretary, "a working group in which the analysis of the whole package of documents on forming the Common Economic Space (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine) is nearing completion was set up in Ukraine's government."
According to Mr. Zinchenko, the commission has considered questions "which remove the restrictions on trade, make it possible to unify tariffs, and make it possible to surmount the numerous barriers existing in the way of commodities, capital, workforce and intellect."
"These aspects have been analyzed most attentively," Mr. Zinchenko stressed. At the same time, "as far as the questions of setting up supra-state agencies are concerned, this goes into a quite different field," the State Secretary of Ukraine noted.
