MOSCOW, March 26 (RIA Novosti) - The Moscow prosecutor's office has launched criminal proceedings on the article of the Russian Criminal Code "Deliberate Liquidation or Damage of Property Causing Casualties and Other Grave Consequences" following the arson in the Vernisazh center in Moscow's east, a spokesman for the prosecutor's office told RIA Novosti.
"According to the Moscow fire service, the fire in the Vernisazh center was an arson," RIA Novosti's interlocutor said.
