"We are maintaining permanent contacts with the parliament [of Kyrgyzstan] and are ready to help the stabilization in the country," Vladimir Putin said at the press conference following the talks with Tajikistan's President Emomali Rakhmonov.
According to Putin, Kyrgyzstan is a member of regional organizations.
"We shall discuss the schedule of our summer contacts on May 8 in Moscow [the CIS summit]. In July Kyrgyzstan is to host a summit of the Central Asian Cooperation Organization (CAS)," the Russian leader noted.
"We shall control internal developments in Kyrgyzstan," he added.
In Putin's opinion, the CAS summit will be held if the elections of the Kyrgyz president take place.
Being the CAS head, the Tajik president controls all developments and keeps contacting his counterparts, Vladimir Putin stressed.
