To him, many regions of the Russian Federation feature spatial combinations of natural resources. In this connection, Krasnoyarsk parliamentarians have decided to draw up the draft federal law On the Comprehensive Use of Minerals in the Russian Federation on the Principles of Sustainable Development. The draft's concept is ready, Zakharinski said.
It is to regulate the activities of state organs in the management of minerals and the provision of minerals-use rights in view of their comprehensive nature, as well as economic efficiency and environmental friendliness, Zakharinski said.
