MOSCOW, April 12 (RIA Novosti) - The State Duma does not plan to raise the question of dismissing Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov's government while discussing a new law on benefits, also known as law 122, Wednesday, Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov said Tuesday.

"We will hear out the reports by five ministers: Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Health and Social Development Minister Mikhail Zurabov, Transport Minister Igor Levitin and Regional Development Minister Vladimir Yakovlev," Gryzlov said.

Gryzlov said that following the discussion of the government's work, the State Duma will adopt a resolution.

He noted that the text of the document had already been prepared and "it contains sufficiently hard conclusions on the government's work." In particular, the deputies noted the insufficiently systemic approach to the implementation of the law on benefit payments. They will suggest in the resolution that the government make a number of concrete moves to more effectively fulfill the law.

Gryzlov also said that he would attend a meeting of the General Council of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR) Wednesday to discuss implementing the law.

He said that the FNPR and the United Russia party had signed an agreement on cooperation to oversee law 122.
