MOSCOW, April 23 (RIA Novosti) - President Vladimir Putin does not think a controversial Russian-Syrian missile deal will make problems in Russo-Israeli relations, he answered a question from the Israeli-based media.

Russian exports to Syria imply short-range anti-missile installations to hit air targets within the human eye span. More than that, there is no way to pass those truck-based installations to terrorist organization on the quiet, reassured the President.

The Russian military are entitled to monitoring and inspecting areas of installation stationing, he added.

Russia's conduct is extremely responsible, and transparent to the utmost. It does not upset the regional balance, and presents no threat to whatever country in the region. "Please don't make a muddle of it all, and juggle facts. The Israeli public is not to be intimidated by conjectures of Russia using the exports I referred to for a disguise of certain installations that may reach Israel, do it damage and hit its population," stressed Putin.
