MOSCOW, April 25 (RIA Novosti) - The withdrawal of the Russian bases from Georgia may begin already this year, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said on Monday on results of his talks with his Georgian analogue Salome Zurabishvili.

"We've reached agreement that the Russian bases' withdrawal to be step-wise and begin already this year", Lavrov said. "This concerns military hardware and the facilities which are not part of the bases' infrastructure".

Moscow and Tbilisi have also taken a decision to give an additional impetus to the talks on the delimitation of the state border and the visa matters, agreed upon further discussion of favorable conditions for human contacts.

Very soon the two countries will go on with the talks on an antiterrorist center.

The Russian foreign minister also said that Moscow is interested in the UN and OSCE resolutions to settle conflicts in Abkhazia and South Ossetia to be fulfilled by all the parties.

These conflicts "should have only a peaceful settlement in view", Lavrov noted.

In turn, Salome Zurabishvili said that she had passed to Lavrov the Georgian president's peace-oriented formula for settling the South Ossetian conflict.
