MINSK, April 30 (RIA Novosti) - The Minsk city court determined today to release, ahead of term, all Russian nationals detained during an unauthorized public rally of April 26 in the Belarussian capital. All will be dispatched to Moscow today, the Russian Embassy in Belarus told RIA Novosti by telephone.

The Chernobyl Road opposition rally was held in Minsk, in front of the presidential administration premises, Tuesday. 26 activists were detained, among them five Ukrainian nationals and fourteen Russians. All the fourteen were sentenced to administrative arrest.

Belarus's Ministry of Foreign Affairs is resolutely warning against political coloring added to the issue, Ruslan Yesin, ministerial press service official, said yesterday.

"Russian and Ukrainian nationals accused of breaching the public order are used by certain political activists and media outlets to gain political ends. Those attempts are inadmissible," he said.

"Belarus is closely complying with constitutional standards, and demands compliance with its national legislation from its own nationals and foreign guests alike.

"The Foreign Ministry hopes the actions of several Ukrainian and Russian nationals in Minsk, April 26, will not be to the detriment of friendly and good-neighborly relations between our countries," said the diplomat.
