Food parcels will be issued to the people in the republic's capital and all other settlements and religious commemoration ceremonies, including prayers, will be held in the villages, said Bilkis Baidayeva, vice-premier for social affairs.
Charity functions timed to coincide with the commemoration of Kadyrov will be held in Grozny on Friday.
Baidayeva said that a session devoted to Kadyrov would be held in the government house and flowers would be laid at the site where a monument to Kadyrov would be erected in the square named after him on May 9.
The family of the late president will hold a series of charity functions, Baidayeva said. At the request of his widow, lists of orphans are being compiled now so that each child would receive a present from the Kadyrov Charity Foundation.
Charity functions will be held in the republic also on May 10 and 17.
