MOSCOW, May 7 (RIA Novosti) - An international press center for the coverage of celebrations dedicated to the 60th Anniversary of the Great Victory was opened in the Russia Concert Hall in Moscow. Two and a half thousand seats have been taken out and journalists' workstations have been installed in the hall instead.
The center will operate round-the-clock until midnight May 10.
Six hundred computer workstations with access to Internet and telephones are at journalists' disposal. The monitors installed in the hall will allow correspondent to follow the coverage of festive events during live broadcast
TV channels have special cabins in the second floor lobby. They will be able to receive direct TV feed from all festive events in the city. A special platform with the view on the Kremlin is set up on the ramp of the Russia hotel to allow live broadcast of major news.
