Among them are accessibility of primary art education (music and art schools and studios) and continuity of art education.
Professional musicians usually receive primary five-year training at music schools and then enter colleges and conservatories. Artists and dancers have a similar education system.
Russian art education system ranks among the world's best, Shvydkoi emphasized.
The board also discussed the possible introduction of art education fees. This problems demands a cardinal solution, Shvydkoi noted adding that the state should give relevant legislative guarantees.
Today 44 federal higher education establishments lie within the jurisdiction of the Culture and Mass Communications Ministry.
