TASHKENT, May 17 (RIA Novosti) - Uzbekistan's President Islam Karimov can attract foreign experts, particularly, UN representatives, in the investigation of the turmoil in Andizhan.
"I believe that the UN, the organization which can make any decisions and join any investigations, should take part in it," Karimov said at a press conference in reply to a relevant question.
"Uzbekistan is a full-fledged OSCE member and the republic has a mission of this organization which also can help Uzbekistan solve this problem," Karimov added.
