An elimination tour has been scheduled for May 28, to be hosted by the Vladimir Ulyanov State Electro-technical Engineering University in St. Petersburg. The organizers expect it to gather three hundred to a thousand contestants. Each will be assigned 15 minutes to assemble a basic configuration computer, configure it, and switch it on. No tools and equipment can be used except what the organizers are offering.

Work evaluation proceeds from quality, part fixing precision -- with a necessary number of screws used, and the correctness of BIOS configuring, and of fixing the motherboard, video card, disk drive and other components.
