The Museum Night program in Perm includes excursions, contests, exhibitions, concerts, etc. Media art trends and new virtual programs ("The Russian Museum: a virtual branch" and "The Museum world") will be presented in Perm. The Perm gallery will host the following exhibitions - "Charmed by Italy. Alexander and Pavel Svedomsky and Russian artists in Italy" (from the collection of the State Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow), "Thank You, Perm!" (Russian paintings of the 18th - early 20th centuries from the collection of the State Russian Museum, St. Petersburg), "The Russian Avant-garde" (from the private collection of E. Natanov, Germany), etc.
Old music will be performed in the gallery.
Yevgeny Tarunin, a professor of Perm State University, will present his collection of stamps featuring art masterpieces to the Perm art gallery.
Sergei Teterin will organize a media performance "Meat Grinder Movies" featuring an old meat grinder which is turned into a modern PC device. It recreates the old way of showing movies which was used at the very beginning of the cinematography epoch.
