BISHKEK, June 17. (RIA Novosti) - The Kyrgyz law-enforcement bodies have not used weapons against the protesters, the country's acting defense minister Ismail Isakov told the parliament. "Not a single case of using of weapons against the demonstrators has been registered," he said. Tonight the Defense Ministry will use its troops to protect stores and large shopping centers in Bishkek to prevent looting, he added.
