ROME, June 21 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin arrived here Monday night to attend a session of the Russian-Italian Intergovernmental Council for economic, industrial and monetary cooperation. Kudrin is the Council's co-chair. The session is scheduled for Tuesday.
Aside from the session, Kudrin will also participate in a Russian-Italian symposium on developing economic cooperation with the EU and Italy in light of Russia's impending accession to the WTO.
Kudrin will also open an exhibition of Russian manufacturers in Italy, the first of its kind here. The exhibition will run from June 22-25.
