The fund sells an average of 30 unarmed transport and training planes and helicopters worth about 100 million rubles ($3.5 million) overall every year.
The plans are due to the success of talks at the Paris Air Show in Le Bourget, which ended on June 19.
Preliminary talks on the sale of Il-76, An-12, An-22, An-24, L-39 planes, Mi-8 helicopters of various modifications, and other demilitarized aircraft to companies from Ecuador, Venezuela, Britain, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, the Middle East, and the Baltic region were held at Le Bourget.
"A 'second-hand' aircraft can and should be traded if it is of an appropriate quality and in demand on the market," said the fund.
The fund intends to take part in major Russian and international air shows that provide it with an opportunity to find potential investors and buyers.
The fund also intends to attend the MAX 2005 air show in Zhukovsky, near Moscow, this summer.
The Federal Property Fund has brokered sales of decommissioned military equipment at auctions via its inter-regional and regional branches in 33 regions in six of Russia's seven Federal Districts since 1997.
